Your tasks
Support the development and maintenance of biomedical software
Work on backend (Node.js and Python) and optionally frontend (React and TypeScript) components
Contribute to the implementation and automation of CI/CD pipelines
Assist in containerization and deployment processes using Docker
Collaborate with researchers and developers in interdisciplinary biomedical projects
Participate in code reviews, version control (Git/GitLab), and documentation efforts
Your profile
Enrolled in a Master’s program in Computer Science (or related fields like Physics or Mathematics with strong programming experience)
Confident in working with Node.js, Python, Git/GitLab, and Docker
Experience with CI/CD workflows is a plus
Independent, structured working style and willingness to learn
Interest in biomedical or medical applications is highly desirable
Previous experience in the biomedical domain is a plus but not required
