Our research group is dedicated to understanding the molecular and cellular mechanisms driving B cell malignancies, with a particular focus on the tumor microenvironment. We integrate a wide range of experimental approaches, from cutting-edge molecular and cellular techniques to in vivo models and multiomics
analyses, to explore disease pathogenesis and identify novel therapeutic targets. Our overarching goal is to translate fundamental discoveries into clinically relevant insights, contributing to the development of improved strategies for diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of lymphoid cancers. The applicant will have the opportunity to tackle cutting-edge problems in biomedical field, interact with world class scientists and clinicians within the SFB 1530, the CIO ABCD, the NCT West/Cancer Center Cologne Essen CCCE.
